20 Nepali actresses – Laxmi Puja, rangoli and Deepawali celebration (video)

Deepawali and rangoli are usually made by women in the house. So, I haven’t found any male celebrities sharing the such artworks online. I have collected the photos of the Nepali film actresses and some videos to compile the following video. In the background I have used a video clip of the well known comedy poet, Shailendra Simkhada, telling one of his latest poems in the Sisnopani Deusi program held on the Deepawali day in Kathmandu.

Shailendra’s poems are satirical and funny. Sometimes the words in the poem and the photos might seem  connected but, that is not true. I have placed the photos of the actresses alphabetically, so if you find any connection between the words in the poem and the photos, it is not intentional.

In addition to the poem of Shailendra Simkhada and photos of actresses celebrating Laxmi Puja, I have also added a video clip at the end of the video of actress Priyanka Karki dancing with the little Bhailo girls at her home. The song she is dancing is one of the most popular songs of her movie in theatre ‘Chhaka Panja’. The movie had recently celebrated 51-days in theatre.

Some additional photos of actresses celebrating Laxmi Puja (and not included in the video):
