First Mr. Machhapuchre body building competition was held in Pokhara City Hall on 14 May, 2011. In the event, participants from different districts like Tanahun, Palpa, Kapilbastu, Baglung, Rupandehi, and Kaski participated to win the First Mr. Machhapuchre 2068.
