Mediniprasad Adhikari, oldest person in the world ?
Posted on November 20th, 2010 1 commentThe oldest person in record is Jeanne Calment of France (1875–1997), who died at age 122 years, 164 days. The current oldest person is 120 year-old (Guinness World Records holder).
If proven, a grandfather in our country might be the oldest person in the world and still alive. Mediniprasad Adhikari, shown in the photo above, claims that he is 132 years old. According to Nagariknews, he is currently sick and is admited to the Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, Kathmandu (Photo credits -Sajana Shrestha).
