Lindsay lohan loves to be arrested

Today, lindsay lohan is arrested again.

Allegedly under the influence and with a small amount of cocaine in her pants pocket, Lindsay Lohan was arrested after chasing the mother of her personal assistant in her car early Tuesday morning, as said by Santa Monica police. That too: just five days after Lohan was booked in connection with a May drunken driving charge.

Modern day Robin Hood got killed in India

After 32 years of chasing, notorious Indian bandit Shiv Kumar Patel, also known as Dadua, got killed this Sunday. Dadua, 56, was India’s most wanted bandit carrying a reward money of Rs.500,000 on his head. He was wanted in connection with more than 240 criminal cases but was hailed by many as a modern-day Robin Hood.

He and his gang operated for decades in ravines and forests on the borders between the Indian states of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

A home ministry official told the AFP news agency that the bandits had been located following a tip-off.

According to AFP, locals identified the badly-disfigured body as that of Dadua although officials say they are to have DNA tests conducted on it before handing it to relatives.

Locals said he managed to avoid being caught for so long because he was supported by villagers who often took a share of his spoils.

“His words were diktat in ravines and people used to vote for candidates supported by Dadua and therefore political parties preferred not to rub Dadua on the wrong side,” local aid group leader Ramesh Sharma told AP. But Dadua appears to have backed the wrong party in recent state elections.

Roadway – Runway for Emergency Landing

Thankfully nobody was hurt when a World War II-era plane was forced to make an emergency landing on a Wisconsin highway after experiencing engine trouble.

The plane landed on US Highway 41 near Fond du Lac County Airport just before 8pm local time on Sunday. William J. Leff, from Ohio, was flying the 1946 North American T-6G plane with his son to the Experimental Aircraft Association’s AirVenture show in Oshkosh.

Dashboard police footage showed the plane touch down momentarily on the highway, regain altitude, and bank briefly before landing and coming to a stop on the northbound lanes.

The right wing was damaged after it hit several highway signs.

The highway was closed for hours creating serious traffic jams until authorities managed to turn the impromptu runway back into a motorist friendly road.

Much Ado About Shambo: a bull

A sacred bull named Shambo, kept by a group of Hindus in Wales tested positive for bovine tuberculosis, and had to be slaughtered, created a situation in which more than 20,000 people signed a petition to save him.

However, a London court ruled on Monday that it can be slaughtered; overturning last week’s block on his death sentence.

If you ask me, I will go with the court. Health and safety comes first and religious belief comes after that. What do you think ?
