Arunima expecting a daughter on Nov. 26

The doctor of Arunima Lamsal have estimated the birth date of her first child to be on November 26, 2011 (Mangsir 10). After the fetal ultrasound, to Arunima’s delight, the doctors have also confirmed that her first baby will be a girl.

Talking to an online magazine, Arunima told that she and the family members are so excited that that they have already started calling her the "Young Arunima".

Arunima is not planning to remain at home for long after the birth. She is planning to start working after six month of the birth of the child.

In our Hindu tradition, a baby girl is considered the incarnation of Goddess Laxmi, the goddess of wealth. Our advance congratulation to Arunima for the upcoming birth to a "Laxmi" in her home.

In June, Arunima mistakenly revealed  about her pregnancy. In July, three top actresses of Nepali movie industry – Rekha Thapa, Rejina Upreti, and Richa Ghimire organized a Dahi Chiura ceremony to appreciate the two pregnant actresses Arunima Lamsal and Sanchita Luitel in Arunima’s home. Sanchita gave birth to a son in August.
