Sushma’s Bindaas 2, another upcoming sequel movies
After the moderate success of ‘Bindaas’, the movie team had decided to produce the sequel of the movie. In a latest report, the lead actress Sushma Karki has signed in formally and the shooting is going to start soon.
The lead actress of the movie, Sushma Karki had told that she received Rs. 3 lakh to do the first movie. For the sequel, there are conflicting reports of Sushma agreeing to do it for Rs. 2 lakh at first but in later days, the amount was ballooned to Rs. 5 lakh. Everybody knows, there is little truth on such a huge amounts and they use these statements for the advertisement of the movies.

Nisha Adhikari planning to reach Mt. Everest summit on 21 May
Nepali actress Nisha Adhikari has started her ascent to reach the top of the world’s highest mountain, Mt. Everest. She is heading for the Camp II at 2AM Nepali time. She is expecting the reach the top on May 21, 2013.
In a statement, Nisha told that she is, ‘Nervous, excited, hoping, anticipating and happy that the morning has finally arrived." Nisha thinks that the best thing about climbing the mountain is being in the nature’s ‘majestic lap’ and the sense of unbiasedness.

Saayad sequel Saayad 2 to be made
The producer of ‘Saayad‘, Sunil Rawal has announced that he will start the production of it’s sequel ‘Saayad 2′ after the release of his second movie ‘Hostel’. His upcoming movie ‘Hostel’ is made on the young generation youths and features second generation artists of Nepali movie industry.

Biraj Bhatt’s Maya Diu Jhai Bho releasing in Nepali and Bhojpuri
Because of his popularity in Bhojpuri movies, actor Biraj Bhatt hasn’t done many Nepali Nepali movies these days. A new movie of Biraj to be released on this Friday is made in both languages -Nepali and Bhojpuri. The movie made in a budget of IRs. 15 million features a story of love, action and family.
The movie made under Darshana Arts banner is directed by Nirmal KC. With Biraj Bhatt the movie also features Poojana Pradhan, Sonali Joshi, Puskar Bhatt and Binaya Anand in main roles. The actress Sonali Joshi is a actress of South India and Binaya Anand is a close relative of Bollywood actor Govinda. Apart from featuring Indian actors, the movie is mostly shot in Mumbai. The movie features the music of Suresh Adhikari, choreography of Kanu Mukherji, action of Mojil Kaushal and cinematography of Akram Khan.

First Look of Nepathya released, Sushma Karki in an item dance
Actress Sushma Karki is known more for ‘Udhreko Choli’ girl after the item dance she did in ‘Loot‘ than an actress. The movie she did as an actress weren’t as successful as expected. As an item dancer, Sushma is still a very busy dancer. Sushma is again featured as an item dancer in an upcoming movie ‘Nepathya’ by director Ram Raja Dahal.
The movie is scheduled to release on June 7, 2013 (Jestha 24).

4 new movies released on Friday
On May 10, 2013 four new movies – ‘Sanghuro’, ‘Ringroad’, ‘Black Night’and ‘Pahilo Maya Ho Yo’ have released on the theaters.
‘Shanguro’ had organized a premier show on Thursday. The movie directed by Joes Pandey is made on sex psychology in a typical Nepali couple. The movie features Sushanka Mainali, Diya Maskey, Dayahang Rai and Arpan Karki in main roles. The movie is produced by Samir Mainali, story is written by Binod Poudel, cinematography by Susan Prajapati and music composition by Madan Gopal.

Love Forever another movie made on sexual topic
In the promo released on May 6, upcoming movie of director Shankar Acharya features some hot bed scenes and sex related dialogues. But, the director claims that the movie is clean and doesn’t have excessive sexual content.
One of the dialogues of Sumina Ghimire in the movie is, “I love sex.” She is also featured in hot bed scenes and is shown sexy in the song titled ‘Raatki Rani’.

No Rekha Thapa in Daddy’s film, Loafer
Rekha’s ex-husband Chhabiraj Ojha has started the shooting of his next movie without Rekha Thapa. The second movie of his production house Chhabiraj Films ‘Loafer’ (Lofer) is being shot in Godawari, Lalitpur.
Talking about Rekha being out of the movie, Chhabiraj told that the movie doesn’t have a role suitable for Rekha. The movie features Aryan Sigdel, Rajani KC, Dayahang Rai, and Sushil Raj pandey in main roles. The movie is being directed by Aditya Bikram Lamsal and is being shot by cinematographer Madan Kashyap Ghimire. The shooting of the movie is expected to be complete in a month and it is scheduled to release in Dashain (on Fulpati day) this year.

Friday Release – Manjari and Shirishko Phool
On Friday, May 3, two movies are going to release in theater. Gaurav Pahadi and Sujata Koirala’s ‘Manjari’ and the movie made on the popular novel of Parijat ‘Shirishko Phool’ are releasing in theaters all over Nepal.

The ‘Manjari’ team had complained that the censor board had unnecessarily removed scenes from the movie to let it release. The movie by Tuka Entertainment is directed by Ganesh Dev Pandey. The songs with music by Kali Prasad Baskota have been popular among the audience and the acting of the characters seen in the promotions have also been appreciated. The fate of the movie however will be determined when it releases in theater.

Sumina Ghimire forced to admit her mistake, FJAN threatens everybody
In a press release by actress Sumina Ghimire she has admitted her mistake during the telephone conversation with the journalist Bijaya Awaj Subedi. She stated that she regret her statement and wasn’t meant to be a threat to the journalist.
She added, she has high respect to journalism and that will always be her view. The reason of the statement after a month late is not known but it seems, Film Journalist Association of Nepal, an organization in which Bijaya Awaj is one of the member, had forced the actress to issue the statement. The statement of FJAN , signed by the secretary Laxman Subedi, has a threatening remark to "everybody" to respect journalists.

First look of Mahasush released
The first look of the movie directed by Nawal Nepal, ‘Mahasush’ was released in a program held in Union House in Anamnagar. In the program, Nawal told that the movie is about a heart-touching social issue. Nawal’s previous venture as a director ‘Shreeman’ was considered a successful movie.

Rhythm completes 51 days in theaters
At the time when most of the releases have been unsuccessful in winning the hearts of the viewers, ‘Rhythm’ has completed 51 days in theaters.
Running for more than 7 weeks in theaters is considered one of the signs of successful movies. In the recent past ‘Loot‘ and ‘Saayad‘ were the two movies that were successful in celebrating 51-days record.

‘Accident’ announced, Mukesh and Khusbu to lead
After a break, Mukesh Dhakal is being featured in lead role in an upcoming movie ‘Accident’. Actress Khusbu Poudel will be featured opposite to Mukesh in the movie being produced by Sandesh Baraili.
The shooting of the movie has started on April 19 in Bhakundebesi of Sindhupalanchowk. Other actors to be featured in the movie include Abhaya Chand, Kiran Thapa and Ramesh Ghatani.
