Hugging banned in school

Don’t you think hugging is a personal right? But officials at Percy Julian Middle School in Chicago don’t think so. They might have their reasons but I won’t be surprised if hugging is banned from airports (that is where you see people hugging a lot) too.

Principal Victoria Sharts banned hugging among the suburban school’s 860 students anywhere inside the building.

She said students were forming ‘hug lines’ that made them late for classes and crowded the hallways. Exactly what a ‘hug line’ is remains a little unclear. (metro )

They think some hugs could be too long and too close!

I heard somebody saying “… it feels like reform school. So just when a kid needs a hug the most — this power-happy principal takes it away…”
