The sequel of super hit movie ‘Darpan Chhaya’ – Darpan Chhaya 2 is in its post production and is releasing on Falgun 16. One of the songs of the movie written and directed by Tulsi Ghimire has been recently released. The movie titled ‘Aakashaima Khuleko Jun’ features the music of Chandan Lomjel and voices of Rajesh Payal Rai and Melina Rai.

The lyrics of the song is written by Sabu Rabi and choreography is done by Chodup Lama. The song features actor Puspa Khadka and actress Sara Karki. director Tulsi Ghimire, artist Bharati Ghimire and Firoj Timilsina are also featured in the song.

The movie ‘Darpan Chhaya 2’ is the first presentation of Sahara Production. The movie features Puspal Khadka, Sara Karki, Firoj Timilsina, Shraddha Prasai, Sher Bahadur Gurung, Jiwan Acharya, Suman Ghimire, Roshi KC , Sarina Poudel and others.

The prequel movie ‘Darpan Chhaya’ was record breaking movie featuring Dilip Rayamajhi, Uttam Pradhan and Niruta Singh. The sequel doesn’t repeat the main actors of the original movie. Tulsi has also told that the story is not linked to the original movie. So, it seems, only the name is same – everything is different from the original movie.

The director and producer Tulsi Ghimire is one of the most successful Nepali movie directors. But, in the modern time, Tulsi’s magic of producing hit movies has been rusted. Last few movies of Tulsi were total failure in the theatre. Will ‘Darpan Chhaya 2’ be different? I hope it will be.
