Did Keki win the photography award at Critics Award 2017? (watch winning films)

No she didn’t.

But, the photo of herself biting on the award medal, she shared in her Instagram, surely qualifies her to win an award. Don’t you think so?

The Films Critics Society of Nepal (FICSON) has distributed the Critics Award for the last three years in a program held in Kathmandu. The awards for the year 2071, 2072 and 2073 were distributed in the event. Although the award is distributed this year, the Critics Award 2015 was announced in 2015. (news of Critics Award 2015)

Film Critics Awards 2015 goes to Kabaddi

The Films Critics Society of Nepal (FICSON) has announced the winners of the second Critics Award. The movies released in 2071 BS were considered in the selection of the winners. Winners were selected in eight different categories. Best Background Music award is an addition to the categories awarded last year.

The winner of Critics Awards 2015 are:

  • Best Film – Kabaddi (watch ‘Kabaddi’ here)
  • Best director – Nischal Basnet for ‘Talakjung Vs Tulke’
  • Best Actor – Dayahang Rai for his role in ‘Kabaddi’
  • Best Actress – Priyanka Karki for her role in ‘Suntali’
  • Best Script – Rambabu Gurung and Upendra Subba for ‘Kabaddi’
  • Best Cinematographer – Andra Belisiya for ‘Suntali’
  • Best Editor – Banish Shah and Milan Shrestha for ‘Tandav’
  • Best Background Music – Jeshan Kunwar for ‘Talakjung Vs Tulke’
