A song of upcoming movie of MaHa-duo, ‘Shatru Gate’ has set a new record in Nepali film and music industry. The song titled ‘Rupai Mohani’ has broken the record set by ‘Nailon Ko Sari’ – with 800,000 views in 24-hours of release. ‘Rupai Mohani’ has received that much views in less than 12 hours of release. The song trending in number one in Nepal has crossed a million views within a day of its release.

The song was released in a program held on the occasion of English New Year. In the press meet Deepak Raj Giri, Deepa Shree Niraula, Paul Shah, Aanchal Sharma, Madan Krishna, Hari Bamsha etc. were present.

The song features the lyrics of Lok Raj Adhikari and music of Tanka Budhathoki. Tanka Budhathaki and Mina Niraula have given the voice to the song. The song features Hari Bamsha Acharya, Deepa Shree Niraula, Deepak Raja Giri, Priyanka Karki, Paul Shah and Aanchal Sharma are featured.

The movie produced by the MaHa features three generation artists in the same movie. Hari Bamsha and Madan Krishna are considered the first generation, Deepak Raj Giri and Deepa Shree are considered the second generation and Paul – Aanchal are considered the third generation. The movie presented by MaHa sanchar is produced by Kiran KC. The movie is directed by ‘Jatra’ famed director, Pradeep Bhattarai. ‘Jatra’ was one of the superhit movies of the year 2016.

The choreographer of the song is Kabiraj Gahatraj, cinematographer is Dirgha Gurung. The three generation characters in the song are Hari Bamsha and Deepa, Deepak and Priyanka and Paul and Aanchal. The movie shot in Terai and Kathmandu area is scheduled to rleases on Chaitra 9. The story of the movie is written by Hari Bamsha Acharya, script by Deepak Raj Giri and Pradeep Bhattarai, dialogue by Hari Bamsha Acharya and Pradeep Bhattarai.
