Nepali movie ‘Dhunwa yo nasha’ is released on  October 26, 2012 in Kathmandu. The movie directed by Laxman Rijal features Aryan Sigdel, Nisha Adhikari, Yubraj Pokherel, Dipesh Kadariya, Ramesh Budhathoki, Sishir Rana in main roles.

The movie features the cinematoraphy of Rameshwor Karki, fight direction of Asta Maharjan, music direction of Lochan Ghimire, choreography of Shiva BK, and editing of Bipin Malla.

Actors Aryan Sigdel and Nisha Adhikari can be seen on leading role in ‘Dhunwa yo Nasha’. After disappointing result of his previous movies Aryan is banking on ‘Dhunwa yo Nasha’ to help him regain his position in Nepali movie industry. Aryan is told to be featured in a different role, not seen before. The actress, Nisha Adhikari is known to be the most preferred actress on Nepali film industry, now. Nisha’s previous movie ‘Maya’s Bar’ had also disappointed her fans and they have high hope from this movie. The last time the duo Aryan and Nisha did was ‘First Love’ and it was a successful movie of that time. Let’s hope the history repeats itself.

The director, Laxman Rijal has been in the Nepali film industry for a long time but, his previous movie ‘Kasam’ was not that successful in spite of Nikhil Upreti‘s leading role. This time Rijal has decided to go with the current trend of making movies based on the story of youths, ‘Dhunwa Yo Nasha’ is also targeted to youths. It is to be seen if his experience in making ‘formula films’ help in a movie targeted to the youths.

‘Dhunwa Yo Nasha’ is made on a story of guy addicted to drugs. The movie portrays how drugs affects his life, family and his love relationship.

In media, ‘Dhunwa Yo Nasha Ko’ got very good response and publicity. The controversy over the title of the movie was also helpful in gaining some media attention. Actor Aryan Sigdel was also talked about for being the highest paid actor (he is told to receive Rs.4 lakh for the movie). The media has given an impression that the movie ‘Dhunwa Yo Nasha’ might do a good business.
