Ranjana is Miss Magar 2012

In the contest held in Pokhara on July 7, Saturday, Miss Ranjana Thapa Magar is crowned the Miss Magar 2012 title.

There were a total of 23 contestants in the second edition of Miss Magar beauty contest. Miss Magar Ranjana Thapa Magar was awarded the crown and a cash prize of Rs. 25,000. 20-year old beauty Ranjana hails from Tanahun, Dulegauda and has completed plus two.

In the contest, 21-year-old Miss Anita Thapa Magar was awarded the first runner-up title and a cash prize of Rs. 15,000. The second runner-up Shanti Tilija Magar was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 10,000. < /p>

Miss Magar Pokhara 2011 is Anu Thapa Magar

In an event organized on Saturday, Miss Magar Pokhara, 2011 title was awarded to Anu Thpa Magar. There were a total of 26 Magar ladies eying on the title. The winnder received a cash prize of Rs. 15,000 with other presents.

The first runner-up was Bhuma Thapa Magar and second runner-up was Kishori Ale. The first and second runner-ups received cash prizes of Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 5,000 respectively.
