The trailer of ‘Prem Geet 2’ is trending number 1 in Nepal. But, the video has received more dislikes than the likes. At the time of this writing, there are more than 16,000 likes in the video. But, the dislike count is more than 17,000. I did a review of the trailer a while ago (Read the trailer review). I didn’t see anything to be disliked in the video.

The video has received 535k views at the time of this writing. According to the producer, Santosh Sen, somebody might be creating fake dislikes in the video. Because, most of the dislikes in the video has come from countries like Chili, Peru, and USA. He suspected somebody might have spent money to create the dislikes in the video. He told that he is investigating in the issue.

Because of the popularity of YouTube in Nepal and the effect of the songs in the business of movies, there are people who watch the videos just to increase the views count or create fake accounts to increase the like or dislikes in the videos.

The movie to release on Shrawan 13, ‘Prem Geet 2’ is the sequel of hit movie ‘Prem Geet’. After the success of the movie, the director and actress of the movie had left Santosh Sen camp and have produced their own version of the sequel of the movie titled ‘Ma Yesto Geet Gauchhu’. The movie is releasing two weeks earlier. The viewers are also divided in Santosh Sen and Sudarshan Thapa groups.

While ‘Prem Geet 2’ features Pradeep Khadka and Aslesha Thakuri in leading role, another movie ‘Ma Yesto Geet Gauchhu’ features Pooja Sharma and Paul Shah in leading roles. The song and the trailer of both the movies are liked by the viewers.
