I was surprised to see a photo in today’s Nagariknews website, saying that our Deputy President was handing over a certificate to "The Youngest Singer". I expected her to be the 3-year-old Atithi KC, but the photo was of a teenager, Smriti Mishra.

I searched for the news related to the photo. But, I couldn’t find any mention of Smriti Mishra being youngest singer anywhere else (Sorry, Nagariknews has deleted news article). I hope the caption of the photo was a mistake.
