Can somebody answer the following unanswered questions?
- Do you think we are going in the right direction by organizing contest targeted to specific group?
- Can we make clear distinction between two ethnic group when parents do inter-cast marriage?
- Why do we need so many beauty contests?
- How does the regional, ethnic, and national beauty contests compare?
- What is the future of the participants? Do they get modeling opportunities ?
- How can one be sure that such contests are not the propaganda of ‘model manufacturing’ agencies?
- Is the government monitoring such contest being held every now and then?

Plz we can try to make this program reputed and prestigies.Thankyou.
Do you think we are going in the right direction by organizing contest targeted to specific group?
-> I don’t think it’s the matter of good or right but since every other ethnic groups are doing it, Miss Newar, Miss Gurung etc etc, why can’t our group do it? So I totally support this.
Can we make clear distinction between two ethnic group when parents do inter-cast marriage?
-> Not everyone is going for inter-cast marriage and most still prefer to marry within there ethnicity which is a good thing actually (Not saying inter-cast marriage is not good.).
Why do we need so many beauty contests?
-> No, we don’t “need” actually. Having said that, I don’t think it’s bad to have them.
How does the regional, ethnic, and national beauty contests compare?
-> Hmmm, what if we first held ethnic beauty contest and then winner participates in National contest. Hmmm…. Maybe not so good idea. lol :D
What is the future of the participants? Do they get modeling opportunities ?
-> I hope they do, if they want to.
How can one be sure that such contests are not the propaganda of ‘model manufacturing’ agencies?
-> Well, these “Model Manufacturing Agencies” should “manufacture” models in some way, is it not?
Is the government monitoring such contest being held every now and then?
-> I don’t think so. They are busy fighting for power. *Grabs a bowl of popcorn*
Good job @Prads
I only wish there were some good quality contest to choose a good-looking (not a so-and-so) and smart girl to -truly- represent our country!
