It seems, summer has taken its toll – the ‘Kri’ actress has shared her hot photos in bikini. The actress looks much beautiful and much bolder in photos than in film screen. Although her debut in the Nepali film industry couldn’t create any magic, her social presence is unavoidable. She know how to tease her fans by sharing scantly clad photos of herself. While her photos look sensuous, they don’t look vulgar or inappropriate.
These days, Aditi is living in Mumbai and struggling to get role in Bollywood. She is also doing various training there. She says, she is in no hurry to sign more movies.
These days, her bikini photos are making rounds in social network. These are the bikini clad photos of Aditi taken in a swimming pool somewhere in India.

The professional photographers have chosen a non-professional – actress Rekha Thapa to feature in their yearly calendar. Being an actress, she had done her best to act like a photographer, but she has failed in a few shots and the professional photographers didn’t care to correct the poses. I haven’t got hold of the calendar myself but, from the photos shared by my Facebook friends I can see some of the problems of the calendar.
I have a few questions to the publishers of the calendar:
Why a new calendar after 1/4th of the year is finished?
First, the calendar is made for the year 2070 BS. We are currently running on the fourth month of the year – almost through a quarter of the year. Nobody needs a calendar of this year at this time of the year. Whoever needs one might already have it in their walls. Unveiling a stale calendar defeats the sole purpose of the calendar.
I have seen calendars that feature a product in every page are either sponsored or produced by the product owners. In this calendar it would have made sense if Rekha Thapa were either the sponsor of the calendar or the owner of the calendar. As she is none, it doesn’t make sense to feature her in every page of the calendar. They could have used 12 different actresses or 12 different photographer journalists or just the best press photos in the calendar.
It is easy to follow what others do as long as talent is not involved. Karishma Manandhar‘s beauty is envied by every other actresses in Nepali movie industry and it is not much surprising if an aspiring actress follows her steps.
In Indian model is in dilemma whether to keep her promise or not amidst increasing pressure from her fans (asking her to keep her promise), criticism, and even the looming threat of moral policing from Shiva Sena.
19 year old model Poonam Pandey had promised to bare all if the Indian national team wins the World Cup 2011. Her wish has come true, and her fans are drooling to get a glimpse of her ‘promise’.
Poonam, a 5’7″ tall model, featured in India’s best-selling swimwear calendar, had said previously that she wanted to provide an incentive to the Indian team players by baring all. It is not known if her offer will be welcomed or not.
Although Poonam says that she is a diehard supporter of Indian team and it was not a publicity stunt, the widespread media attention has been no less than one. The Times of India featured a photograph of Poonam wearing a skimpy bikini.

She has revealed that she lost her virginity when she was a teenager, at the age of 17. The Mr. Nepal 2011 contest took place in Kathmandu on the February 26, 2011. The judging panel comprising of actors and actress Raj Ballav Koirala, Rekha Thapa, Jiwan Luitel among others choose Dr Rupak Ghimire the Mr. Nepal of 2011.
Sonali Bendre’s wardrobe malfunction during the Karan Johar’s party at the Four Seasons Hotel is the hottest topic of discussion these days. Although Bendre’s spokesperson has denied the rumor it is not going to subside soon.
There have been numerous such incidents in Bollywood the past. Let’s see the top 5 of such embarrassing moment (sometimes the viewers are more embarrassed than the celebrity involved).
1. Yana Gupta
This was the hottest incident of 2010. Yana Gupta surprised everybody in a children’s charity event by showing up without her panties. She admitted her mistake but she also added that it was not a big deal.
NOTE: This post is an introduction to the woolen product Sunita Giri designs and sells. She has promised to give one to the winner of the Eye Contest, if the person resides in Kathmandu (the winner should collect it in person from her).
Bandanna is a woolen hair-band which can be used on both winter and summer seasons. As it provides warmth, winter is the best month to flaunt it. Some of the many uses of bandana are:
It can be worn on neck to protect from wind chill.
It helps in holding hair (specially long ones) in place.
It can can also protect head and ears from chilling winds.
Some use it inside helmet when driving bikes, as a cushion for head and ears.
In the Miss World modeling round, the audience clearly gasp and applaud when Miss Nepal 2010, Sadichha Shrestha, opened up her peacock feathered dress (skip to 1:30 in the video below to see it for yourselves).
The dress was made out of Allo from Taplejung district in Nepal with peacock feathers attached to it. The designer of the dress are Uttam Banepali and Shiba Shrestha of Uttam Creations, Kupondole. The dress weighing 6 kg took 5 workers for 15 days to finish.
After the threat to sue the modeling website cybersansar.com, model turned actress Poojana Pradhan’s photos were removed from the website. Poojana has told that the website is misusing the photos.
The photos in question were shot in bikini in the banks of Narayani river. The hot photos are considered to be the ones that established her in the modeling and eventually as an actress. While talking about the signature photos she told that – they were good enough to start with but now, as a established actress she can’t afford to have such bikini clad photos around.
The British Association of Model Agents (AMA) says that female models should be around 34-24-34 in (86-61-86 cm) and at least 5 ft 8 in (1.73 m) tall.
How many of the Nepali models are taller than 5 ft 8 in ? I suspect none.
Wikipedia defines a model as ‘a person who is employed for the purpose of displaying and promoting fashion clothing or other products and for advertising or promotional purposes or who poses for works of art.’
How many of them are posing for ‘works of art’? Probably, none.
How many of the internet models are ‘promoting fashion clothing’ or other product ? A very small number of them, I believe.
Some of you might say that the definition of model, in this digital age, is changed. I agree, and I also believe so. But, there is still something amiss, odd, or awkward on the way our modeling industry is shaping up. I have lost track of the beauty contests, being held every other day — and I won’t be writing about them anymore unless they are ‘big enough’ like Miss Nepal. These ‘model manufacturing’ contests might be one of the reason there are so many models around.
When you can’t fit it in the traditional definition, you should redefine term itself so that, everybody fits in it. Then, what is the definition of Nepali version of Model ?
