This week, on July 7, 2017, two new movies are released in theatre – ‘Dhanapati’ and ‘Mandira’. While one of them is made by the makers of super hit movies in the past, another is not much known about.

About ‘Dhanapati’

The movie by the writer of ‘Pashupati Prasad’ and ‘Talakjung VS Tulke’, ‘Dhanapati’ also has a huge expectation from the viewers. Directed by Dipendra K Khanal, the movie is made on a political story. The protagonist is a guy who wanted to give a better education to his daughter. He started working for a political leader.

The movie features Khagendra Lamichhane in leading role with Surekshya Panta. Khagendra has also written the script and the story of the movie. The movie features the action of Surya Thokar, editing of Dirgha Khadka, and cinematography of the director himself. The music is composed by Aadhasur. In addition to Khagendra and Surakshya other artists in the movie are Harihar Sharma, Manish Niraula, Ashanta Sharma etc.

About Mandira

The movie by director Dipesh Sapkota features Naren Khadka, J.B.D.C, Pravan Bhusal, Laxmi Basnet, Rajan Dhungana, Samjhana Sripali, Rajan Subedi in main roles. Bini Pokhreli and Binita Oli are the new introduction in the movie. The movie produced by Karuna Aryal and Ujal Aryal is written by the director, Sapkota. The music is composed by Dev Koimee Rai, singers are Dev Koimee Rai and Anjali Rai, lyrics by Dayaram Pandey.

The make up artist of the movie is Priya Shrestha, background score by Bikram Karki, choreography by Arjun BC, action by Asta Maharjan. The screenplay and the dialougue are written by Ajit Lamichhane, director of photography is Sushan Prajapati, editor is Ujjwal Dhakal.
