A movie made on child phycology, ‘World Cup in Nepal’ was appreciated during the premier. The movie scheduled to release on May 2, 2014 is going to release in theaters in Kathmandu only. The release on the theaters out of Kathmandu was postponed because of unavailability of the theaters.

Three Nepali movies ‘Nai Nabhannu La’, ‘Kabaddi’ and ‘November Rain’ have won the hearts of Nepali viewers and most of the theaters are unwilling to change the movies liked by their viewers.

Directed by Ram Sharan Pathak, ‘World Cup in Nepal’ is made on a story of some village children who want to represent their country in international football matches. The movie presents the story of obstacles created by their families and society. It also presents the age old tradition of caste system.
