Priyanka Karki is one of the busiest actress in the Nepali film industry. She is also known for getting in and out of relationship swiftly. After she won the Miss Teen 2005 title, her love life had begun and became public.

Priyanka Karki affair before entering the film industry

The first affair rumour of Priyanka that I heard of was one with actor Karma Shakya. The affair ended when she went to the USA for further studies.

While in the USA, Priyanka didn’t make any news until she decided to get married with Rochak Mainali. After a brief affair, Rochak and Priyanka got married in 2010.

After the marriage – in 2011, Priyanka was seen with an US guy and some suspected Priyanka’s affair with the guy. There is no information to confirm or deny validity of the affair. (The photo is removed on request.)

A year after that, Priyanka was already single again. She divorced Rochak Mainali, left USA and started struggling in the Nepali film industry. She told that, she became a workaholic to escape from relationships.

Priyanka never told the real reason behind the separation. When asked, Priyanka used to tell that Rochak wasn’t happy of her working in the film industry. That doesn’t make sense because:

• Rochak met Priyanka as a Film Studies student. She had a history of being a model, actress and VJ. If he weren’t going to accept her as an actress, he wouldn’t have married her.
• It was a love marriage – Rochak and Priyanka knew each other before they got married. They should have talked about their future plans and Priyanka’s plan was no secret to the public, let alone Rochak.

May be, it was an extramarital affair. But, there is nothing to prove it.

Priyanka Karki Affairs in Nepali Film Industry

It seems, she was successful in keeping herself from indulging in a relationship for a while. There were no rumours of Priyanka’s affair in the initial days after her divorce. She debuted in ‘3 Lovers’ and did a bunch of other movies.

After a couple of years, Priyanka reportedly started dating guys. In 2014, Miss Nepal 2011 Malina Joshi and actor / model Anoop Bikram Shahi were having a deep affair. They were also planning a marriage. Anoop had also tattooed the name of Malina Joshi on his wrist. But, the relationship broke all of a sudden. Now, according to ‘Shukrabar’, Priyanka Karki was behind the breakup.

Priyanka Karki and Anoop Bikram Shahi are also seen together in ‘How Funny’ – the movie that started in the second half of 2014.  There was no Anoop Bikram Shahi in the birthday celebration of Malina Joshi in January of 2015 (Malina Birthday celebration, NepaliActress.com).

In addition to Anoop Bikram Shah. ‘How Funny’ also featured Dayahang Rai. Priyanka and Dayahang became very close in a short time. Questions were asked about the relationship between a married guy, Dayahang and Priyanka Karki. ‘Shukrabar’ claims that Dayahang’s marriage went through a tough time. But, the relationship between Daya and Priyanaka ended after they were together in the shooting of ‘Happy Days’ in the UK.

Now, Priyanka Karki reportedly has found Ayushman Desraj Joshi Shrestha – the ‘Chapali Height 2’ debut actor. Ayushman has recently broke up with his girlfriend Paramita RL Rana. Although neither Priyanka or Ayushman have confirmed the relationship, they seem happy together.
