The Censor Board has decided to do a detailed review of the movie before letting it screen in theater. The Board chief Umakant Parajuli has told that the involvement of the Army and Indian government in the killing of Bhimdutta has to be researched and verified before the movies is allowed to release.
The board has told that they also have found other issues to research and discuss. The board had also objected violence scenes in the movie. The movie is made on the life of a revolutionary leader of far west Nepal.
In the mean time the director and producers of the movie have posted protesting messages in Facebook. Nawal Khadka’s previous movie ‘Dashgaja’ was also rejected at first and had gone through an extensive scrutiny of the Censor Board.
