Two new movies ‘Gaatho’ and ‘Driver Dai’ have released in theatre today, on September 16, 2016. Although, the targeted audience of ‘Driver Dai’ is different from ‘Gaatho’ there is an issue that can affect the business of these movies. The movie released last week, ‘Chhaka Panja’ is still going on strong in all the theatres. These movies will certainly be affected by the popularity of the last week’s release.

Gaatho

The movie ‘Gaatho is directed by Suraj Bhusal. Featuring Najir Husen, Namrata Shrestha and Abhaya Baral in leading role, the movie is expected to do well among the viewers. The movie is made on the story of a painter who is afraid of getting out from his own world. The mystery and the phycological clash is expected to attract serious movie goers.

‘Gatho’ is a presentation of But-wall Entertainment. The cinematographer is Narendra mainali, editor is Nimesh Shrestha. The screenplay and dialogue are jointly written by Suraj Bhusal and Pratik Gurung. The director has also written the story of the movie. The music, lyrics and playback singing is done by Anupam Sharma. Background score is prepared by Jason Kunwar. The director of the movie had previously directed movies like ‘Maun’ and ‘Hostel Returns’.

Driver Dai

The movie made on the life of a vehicle driver is directed by BS Balami and is a presentation of BG Films. The movie features Kishor Khatiwada and Sima KC in leading role. Other artists include Dinesh Sharma and Prajwal Giri. The music composer of the movie are Tanka Budhathoki and Raj Sagar, action by Shree Shrestha and cinematography by Suman Tandukar. The editors are Shaukhin Timilsina and Madhukar Balami, choreographers are Yabbu Thapa and Nisha Shaha. The movie is made on the story of Nabin Pant.
