This is a movie about Nepal, by actor Sudhamshu Joshi. The movie made on a romantic story features the superstar of the Nepali film industry Rajesh Hamal, action star Dhiren Shakya and comedy actor Deepak Raj Giri. The actress is Sajja Mainali.

Deepak Raj Giri wasn’t great in films at that time. He made it big in TV and later produced some of the highest grossing films of Nepali film industry. He is also credited of making comedy a main-stream genre of Nepali films. After his success, MaHa have also started producing similar films like ‘Shatru Gate’ and ‘Dal Bhat Tarkari’.

Sudhamshu is currently living in the USA.

Tele Award 2067, Tito Satya got most awards

In-spite of the controversies, TAFON-Media Hub Tele Awards 2067, was held successfully in Kathmandu on May 17, 2010. In the Award ceremony, comedy serial, Tito Satya, won the most number of awards (seven out of 14 awards). Deepak Raj Giri of the serial bagged 3 awards for story, script, and direction categories. The serial Tito Satya was also awarded the best comedy serial. Deepashree Niraula got the best actress, Raj Acharya got the best child actor, and cameraman Bashanta Rupakheti bagged the best cameraman awards.

Shivahari Poudel of Jire Khursani got the best actor award and Jitu Nepal of the same serial got the best dialogue award.

In the start , Deepa and Deepak started a radio program called Dhaniya ki Duniya. The radio program was very popular. After that, they started a comedy serial in Nepal Television, ‘Tito Satya’. The serial that ran form more than a decade was very successful.

These days, Deepak and Deepa are busy in the production of Nepali movies. Their productions ‘Chha Ekan Chha’ and ‘Woda Number Chha’ both were superhit movies. According to a comment from one of our readers (siva prasad) – This movie is a copy of a Malayalam movie titled “Kunji Koonan” directed by Sashi Shankar. The script and dialogue is also written by the director Vijaya Thapa .
