Both the movies – director Sabitri Khatri’s ‘Kafal Pakyo’ and Suwarna Thapa’s movie ‘Fanko’ were highly publicized movies. Both the movies were shown to the Nepali viewers in foreign countries before their official release. The movies are being released on Magh 1, the Makar Sakranti festival in Nepal.

The movie ‘Kafal Pakyo’ features Jiwan Luitel, Barsha Raut, Mukesh Acharya, Laya Sangarula and Uttam KC in leading roles. The movie directed by Sabitri Khatri features the music of Bikash Chaudhary, script of Pradeep Bhardwoj and is made under Red Panda banner.
The movie is made on comedy theme. The movie shows the travel from Kathmandu to Gulmi in romantic way. The Actor Jiwan is featured as a village guy and actress Barsha Raut is featured as a modern tom-boy. The relationship between the two is the whole movie.

Nepali movie ‘Badal’ is a presenttion of Screenworld by Gagan Birahi. The movie features the music of Ram Thapa and is produced jointly by Bhawani Shrestha, Sharmila Malla and Hari Maharjan. Action direction by YR Lama, choreography by Pramod Shah/ Raju Shah, chief assistant director is Ramesh Budhathoki, editing by Ashok Parekh, cinematographer is Shyam Mohan Shrestha and script/dialogue by Brajesh Khanal.
Nepali film ‘Pratichya’ is a presentation of Jyoti Films. The movie features a new face Nanda Kishor Shribastav. Nippun Shreebastav and Leela Gurung are the child artists in the movie. Laya Sangraula and Jayandachan Thakur, Barsha Khadka and Shikah Malla are the guest artists featured in the movie. Special guest in the film is Gauri Malla.

The movie featuring Dilip Rayamajhi and Nandita KC in leading roles, Nepali movie ‘Logne Manchhe’ has been awarded ‘U’ certificate by the Censor Board. The certificate opens the theater door to everybody to watch it. The film is releasing next week, on February 6, 2015.
