Actor Nikhil Upreti, the father of Sahisha Upreti didn’t show up in a ceremony held on the 5th month of her birth (pasni) in Kathmandu. A ceremony was held by the mother, actress Sanchita Luitel to celebrate the Pasni of Sahisha  with noted personalities of Nepali movie industry.

Sanchita told that the father, Nikhil is busy in a shooting in Mumbai so couldn’t attend the ceremony. He is coming on Saturday next week to meet the daughter.

In the ceremony, popular film personalities including Hari Bansha Acharya, Deepak Raj Giri, Deepa Shree Niraula, Aryan Sigdel, Dilip Rayamajhi, Mukesh Dhakal, Arunima Lamsal, Ramesh Upreti, Aakash Adhikari, Basundhara Bhusal, Dr. Bhola Rijal were present.

After running away with Nikhil Upreti in 2008, Sanchita had given birth to a son one and half years ago. After exactly a year of the birth of their son, she gave birth to the daughter on the same day, Bhadra 4 (August 10).
