Star Cast of ‘Dharma’
The movie ‘Dharma’ was promoted as the comeback movie of Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala. Manisha debuted in Nepali movie ‘Feri Bhetaula’ in 1989. But, the movie wasn’t as successful as expected. After that, Manisha went to Bollywood and established herself as the top actress. ‘Feri Bhetaula’ is not available online. The comeback movie ‘Dharma’ also failed to appeal the public. The movie introduces a new actor Samyog Pokharel.
The director of ‘Dharma’, Dipendra K Khanal directed a superhit movie ‘Pashupati Pradad’ last year. He is also the director of ‘Chapali Height’. Other artists in the movie are superstar Rajesh Hamal and action star Nikhil Upreti. This movie was made before Nikhil married Sanchita and left the film industry for five years. Nikhil has made a successful comeback and is busy in the film industry these days. Actress Anu Shah is also featured in the movie. Another actress Rejina Upreti was also a well known actress at the movie’s time. These days, Rejina has left the film industry after marrying her boyfriend. Rejina is expecting a child in November 2016.
‘Dharma’ Story:
The lead character, Rajesh Hamal is called ‘Dharmaa’ in the movie. Dharmaa is posted as the DFO of Kaliban after the poachers killed the previous DFO at the post. Dharmaa leaves his wife Gauri (Manisha Koirala) hat home with his brother Abhaya (Samyog Pokharel) and sister-in-law, Diya (Anu Shah). The poachers and the police in the Kaliban area had teamed up to smuggle the timber from the forest. Nikhil Upreti is featured as DSP Ajit Jung who investigate the incidents at the Kaliban.
