In a long message posted by actress Namrata Shrestha in her Facebook account, she has asked her fans not to believe in baseless rumors.
Various online blogs and click-farms have been spreading baseless rumors creating a crisis of trust of the online media. Namrata’s rumor about the Communication Minister Minendra Rijal asking her a indecent favor for National Award is one of the latest such rumor.

Actress Sushma KC (Bomjom) has decided to jump into direction. The timing of the announcement has come right after her ex-husband and the father of her son Anmol KC, actor and producer, Bhuwan KC has started directing his debut movie. There are rumors that Sushmita wants to challenge Bhuwan by showing that she can also direct movies.

The nomination of the top 5 in the NEFTA Awards was announced in a press meet held in Kathmandu. The nominations selected by a 6-members jury has released the nominations of 35 different categories.
Like the previous a couple of editions of the award ceremonies, 2015 edition will also be held in a foreign country. The ceremony is going to be held in association with the International Artist Forum, Qatar. Previously the award ceremonies were held in Malaysia and Hong Kong.

The Nepali movie ‘Tathastu’ featuring actress Rekha with Kishor was highly publicized as a female centric movie. The movie by Kites entertainment was rated ‘U’ by the Censor Board of Nepal and was released on January 9, 2015. The movie was one of the commercial successes of the year 2071.
