Kanchhi song, Shweta Khadka and Dayahang Rai onscreen chemistry

This is a huge moment for actress Shweta Khadka. After a long depression, the actress has made a comeback in the film industry as an actress and a producer of her upcoming movie ‘Kanchhi’. The first song of the movie released today shows a lot of potential. In an event held in Kathmandu on November 2, the song made on a folk tune – ‘Chari Chatta Pari…’ of the movie was released. The song made on the lyrics and the music of Rajanraj Siwakoti features Rajan Raj with Anju Panta’s voice.

The song features the choreography of Basanta Shrestha and features Shweta Khadka with Dayahang Rai and Prajjwal Sujal Giri. ‘Kanchhi’ is shot in locations like Mustang, Upper Mustang, Jomsom and Kathmandu.

About ‘Kasle Choryo Mero Man’

The movie is the 11th movie by producer Chhabi Raj Ojha under Rekha Films banner. The movie is the fifth movie by Rekha films banner. That was before Rekha and Chhabi decided to divorce. The movie directed by Sabir Shrestha featured Aryan Sigdel opposite to Rekha Thapa. After the movie, actor Aryan and Rekha stopped talking with each other for about six years. They met in 2017 to work in ‘Rudrapriya’, released in Tihar this year. The movie however failed to impress the viewers. The movie also won the Best Movie award at the CG Film Award. About ‘Tasbir’

The movie ‘Tasbir’ is a presentation of Kamad Films by Ramesh Adhikari. The movie subtitled ‘A love story’ is a social drama movie produced by one of the leading actors. The movie features Ramesh Adhikari, Pusparaj Purish, Gajit Bista and Saujanya Subba in leading roles. The music director of the film is Basanta Sapkota, playback singers are Pramod Kharel, Dipak Limbu, Birendra Agrahari, Mandavi Tripathi, and Sophia Thapa. Lyrics by Pusparaj Purush and Nawal Nepal, assistant director is Mahesh Baral. Choreography by Bablu Thapa and Shakhar BC, action by Sanu Kumar Maharjan, cinematography by Yuvraj Rai, background music and editing by Roshan Lamechhane and Kiran Raj Thapa. The director, Nawal Nepal had also written the script of the movie.

Miss Earth 2017; Bikini Avatar of Rojina Shrestha, Miss Nepal runner-up

The Miss Earth Nepal 2017, Rojina Shrestha, is currently participating Miss Earth beauty contest held in Philippines. The first runner up of Miss Nepal 2017 went to Philippines on October 7 and is preparing herself for the finale to be held on November 4. As a part of the contest, Shrestha posed in two-piece bikini recently. Here are some of the photos of the Nepali model in the contest.

The bikini round of the contest was held during the press presentation held at Diamond Hotel. Although Miss World, has removed bikini rounds a few years ago, Miss Earth continues to include bikini round it its competition.

Congratulation Neeta Dhungana, Wins an Intl award in the USA

For her role in upcoming movie ‘Panchayat’ actress Neeta Dhungana was awarded the Best Leading Actress Award in an international film festival. In the festival held in San Francisco, California, Neeta was awarded the award in Foreign Film category. The film festival titled San Francisco International New Concept Film Festival was held in California starting October 25 and concluded on October 29. Actresses Neeta Dhungana and Nandita KC had participated in the festival along with the ‘Panchayat’ team had represented Nepal.

My congratulation to Neeta for the honour in USA.

Neeta is featured as a young girl in the movie set in a time about 50-years ago. The movie directed by Shivam Adhikari is scheduled to release on Falgun 17. In the movie with Neeta other actors include Saroj Khanal, Rupa Rana, Geeta Adhikari etc. Tanka Budhathoki has composed the songs of the movie and Rameshowr Karki is the cinematographer of the movie.
