About ‘Kasle Choryo Mero Man’
The movie is the 11th movie by producer Chhabi Raj Ojha under Rekha Films banner. The movie is the fifth movie by Rekha films banner. That was before Rekha and Chhabi decided to divorce. The movie directed by Sabir Shrestha featured Aryan Sigdel opposite to Rekha Thapa. After the movie, actor Aryan and Rekha stopped talking with each other for about six years. They met in 2017 to work in ‘Rudrapriya’, released in Tihar this year. The movie however failed to impress the viewers. The movie also won the Best Movie award at the CG Film Award. Although our review of ‘Sathi Ma Timro’ was positive in nature, the movie wasn’t that successful in theater and changing names wasn’t as helpful as expected.
This Friday, on May 9, three new Nepali movies are releasing in theater. Kamal Krishna movie ‘Damdar’, Eelum Dixit presentation ‘Red Monsoon’ and Nir Shah movie ‘Aakal’ are competing to win the hearts of the Nepali viewers in theaters all over Nepal.
Well known theater director Eelum Dixit is debuting in big screen movie in ‘Red Monsoon’. Eelum is a well known director of telefilms and theater plays who had completed bachelor in film acting and direction in New York. The movie is the retelling of a short story titled ‘Sharan’ by Karuna Sharma.
The movie tells the story of struggling young generation in Kathmandu. The movie features Himali Dixit, Sandip Chhetri, Sarita Giri, Shristi Ghimire and Hari Bansha Acharya in main roles. The director Eelum has written the script and dialogue of the movie produced by US film makers.
The promotion of Rekha Thapa‘s upcoming movie ‘Damdar’, releasing on this Friday is nothing like the name. Although the producer Suman Bista and the director Kamal Krishna are promoting the movie according to their might, the lead actor Sabin Shrestha and actress Rekha Thapa aren’t seen doing their part.
Sabin says that he is promoting the movie on his own but, the film production team hasn’t contacted him for the promotion. Rekha Thapa is also busy promoting her own movie ‘Himmatwali’, scheduled to release after 6 months.
