Nepali Movie – Gangster Blues
Starring – Aashirman Ds Joshi, Aana Sharma, Samyam Puri, Rojisha Shahi, Promod Agrahari , Ram Babu Gurung etc.
Director – Hem Raj BC

The movie was released in 2017 (read release news of ‘Gangster Blues’). The movie directed by the director of superhit movies like ‘Hostel’ and ‘Jerryy’ failed miserably in Box Office. This movie introduced Aashirman DS Joshi in the Nepali film industry. The movie is made on the urban crime gang and the social aspect of the Nepali society. The youth story of the crime and love story film features the actress of ‘Jerryy’, Anna Sharma in leading role. Actress Rojisha Shahi and Aashirman debute in the film. The director of ‘Kabaddi’, Ram Babu Gurung is also featured as an actor in the movie. The movie featuring some of the well known actors like Anna, Samyam Puri and the director, there was a high expectation of success, that didn’t happen.

Bikini photos of 10 Miss Nepal Earth from 2009 to 2017

Although there is no bikini round in Miss Nepal beauty contest, the winners of the contest have to wear them when they participate in international beauty contests. Earlier, I talked about bikini rounds in Miss Nepal, now it is time to talk about the bikini rounds in Miss Nepal Earth, the runner-ups of Miss Nepal contest. As of 2017, there were 14 Nepali representatives to the contest.

I have collected the bikini photos of all the contestants from 2009 to 2017 and searching the remaining photos. I will update the post as soon as I find their photos. For now, here are bikini photos of most of the contestants from Nepal in Miss Earth from Miss Earth 2009 to Miss Earth 2017:

Friday Release – Gangster Blues and Bhuimanchhe

Two new movie are being released in theatre on Friday, August 18,2017. Hemraj BC directed ‘Gangster Blues’ and Ramesh Budhithoki directed ‘Bhuimanchhe’ are competing to attract viewers in theatre. In the premier shows held recently, both movies had received positive reviews from the viewers.

About Gangster Blues

Directed by well known director of hit movies, Hemraj BC, the movie made on gangster story features a new actor in the film industry, Ashirman Desraj Joshi. The movie also marks the comeback of ‘Jerryy’ actress, Anna Sharma. With Ashirman and Anna, Samyam Puri, Pramod Agrahari and Rojisha Shahi Thakuri are also in main role in the movie. Ex-Miss Nepal Earth, Rojisha has also debuted in the movie. The movie is jointly produced by Saroj Neupane and Hemraj BC. BC makes movies that appeal to youngster viewers. The return of Anna in acting is also an awaited moment to some of the viewers.

4 young women that made a difference – Rojisha, Shova Sharma, Palsang Lama and Nikita

Well known writer Buddhisagar wrote in Twitter – “This week three young women of the new generation impressed me big time. Shova Sharma in writing, Rojisha Shahi in acting, Palsang Lama in music. Best wishes for the new heights.” (that was my rough translation of the Nepali text, attached at the end.)

In that list, I would like to add one more beauty – the Miss Nepal 2017, Nikita Chandak. I believe, she represent a whole new community and a diversion from the Kathmandu-centric Miss Nepal of the past. Let me introduce these four young women:

I know Rojisha Shahi:

  • A new height in the film industry (height in literal sense, she sure is tall)
  • Intelligent (it takes some of that to win the Miss Nepal Earth 2013 title) and
  • A new promising actress who debuted in Richa Sharma’s movie ‘Aadha Love’. One more promising movie of the actress ‘Gangster Blues’ is coming soon. ‘Gangster Blues’ is the movie by superhit director of ‘Jerryy’ and ‘Hostel’, Hemraj BC. The actress of ‘Jerryy’, Anna Sharma is also making comeback in the movie.

Friday Release – Aadha Love and Laltin

Two new movies have released in theatre today, on June 9, 2017. The production debut of actress Richa Sharma, ‘Aadha Love’ and the movie featuring Daya Hang Rai and Priyanka Karki – ‘Lalteen’.

About ‘Laltin’

The featuring Dayahang Rai, Priyanka Karki, Arjun Jung Shahi, A Gurung, Raj Katuwal and Nirjan Thapa in main role, is about the conflict between people in search of power and materials. The movie directed by Dev Kumar Shresta is a crime story featuring the night life of Kathmandu. The movie marks the debut of Raj Katuwal and Nirjan Thapa in the Nepali film industry.

60 Days – Anna Sharma’s comeback movie Gangster Blues end clap

The shooting of the comeback movie of actress Anna Sharma – ‘Gangster Blues’ has completed. The movie by well known director Hemraj BC is expected to follow his history of giving hit movies. Hemraj was the director who had debuted Anna Sharma in his previous movie ‘Jerryy’. The Anmol KC starrer movie was a superhit movie.

After the success of ‘Jerryy’, Anna decided to complete her studies before signing her second movie. After the completion of he schooling, Anna had signed ‘Gangster Blues’.

Miss Nepal 2013 is Ishani Shrestha

Ishani Shrestha has won the Miss Nepal 2013 title after giving the best answer to the question on joint family and dis-joint family. Miss Nepal 2013 Shristi Shrestha crowned the new Miss Nepal in the event held on March 20 in Pragya Bhawan. After winning the title, Ishani will represent Nepal in Miss World 2013 beauty contest.
