This movie introduced Aashirman DS Joshi in the Nepali film industry. The movie is made on the urban crime gang and the social aspect of the Nepali society. The youth story of the crime and love story film features the actress of ‘Jerryy’, Anna Sharma in leading role. Actress Rojisha Shahi and Aashirman debute in the film. The director of ‘Kabaddi’, Ram Babu Gurung is also featured as an actor in the movie. The movie featuring some of the well known actors like Anna, Samyam Puri and the director, there was a high expectation of success, that didn’t happen.

The movie was a super hit movie of its time. The movie had also celebrated 51-days in theatre.

Actress Priyanka Karki is featured in a guest role in the movie. The cinematographer is Babu Shrestha, music by Taraprakash Limbu / Tek Nanda Lama, concept by Nilu Doma Sherpa, and written by Shan Basnyat.
The movie ‘Punte Parade’ was released in September of 2014. In addition to dancing in the item song, Priyanka had also choreographed the song.
The shooting of the comeback movie of actress Anna Sharma – ‘Gangster Blues’ has completed. The movie by well known director Hemraj BC is expected to follow his history of giving hit movies. The action and comedy movie features Wilson Bikram Rai, Menuka Pradhan, Samyam Puri, Gaurav Pahadi, Anurag Kunwar, Mala Limbu, Bikesh Shrestha etc. in main roles. The last day of Tihar – Bhai Tika is celebrated by brothers and sisters to show their love and dedication to each other. Comedy actress Palpasa Dangol, popularly known as Chamsuri has urine infection and was rushed to emergency room in Teaching Hospital right before Bhai Tika. As she had to be treated in the hospital, her brothers visited Dangol in hospital bed to take Bhai Tika. Palpasa has told that that was one of the most memorable Bhai Tika in her life.
This Friday, on September 11, 2015, two new movies are releasing on theater. The movies previously scheduled to release earlier had been pushed back by the earthquake of April 25. The movies releasing this Firday are Krishna Poudel’s ‘Dhoon’, and Dev Kumar Shrestha’s movie ‘Luv Sab’.
Earlier, Shovit Basnet‘s movie ‘Jaun Hida Pokhara’ was also scheduled to release on the date. But it seems, the movie is not going to release this Friday and actor Jaya Kishan Basnet is promoting ‘Luv Sab’. The change makes sense as the director of ‘Jaun Hida Pokhara’, Shovit Basnet is the father of Salon Basnet, the lead actor of ‘Luv Sab’.
After the release of ‘Chha Ekan Chha’ to help earthquake victims, another movie by producer Gobinda Shahi is also releasing again. The movie previously released on January 9, ‘Aavash’ is releasing again on June 19 (Friday, Ashad 4).
The movie directed by Surendra Poudel, ‘Aavash’ features Samyam Puri, Nisha Adhikari, Ashma DC and Salon Basnet in leading roles. Shahi has told that the proceeds of the the movie show will be spent in the building earthquake damaged buildings in remote Nepal. Shahi told that the movie was successful at the time of its initial release.
The actor son of director Narayan Puri, Samyam Puri, has turned 23-years-old on March 28. He had celebrated it with his family on Saturday. But, according to the Nepali calendar he celebrated the birthday on March 29 again by cutting a birthday cake among his friends.
Actor Anuragman Singh Kunwar had brought a surprise birthday cake for Samyam and the cake was cut at ‘Mala’ director Sudip Bhupal Singh’s home in Jawalakhel. The artists celebrated the birthday by watching the cricket world cup final. Samyam’s girlfriend Ashma DC was was also present during the celebration.
Three new Nepali movies are releasing on this Friday, January 9, 2014. Rekha Thapa‘s ‘Tathastu’, Samyam Puri‘s ‘Aavash’ and Aryan Sigdel‘s ‘Alvida’ are the movies fighting to attract the viewers.
Targeted to the youths, Nepali film ‘Aavash’ is directed by Surendra Poudel featuring actors Samyam Puri, Ashma DC, Nisha Adhikari, Salon Basnet, and Sunil Rawal in main roles. Made on a youth love story the story of the film is written by the director himself in association with Hemraj BC. The online couple Samyam Puri and Ashma DC were actually in love relationship offline. But, in a latest report, they have separated on mutual understanding. Samyam is currently busy in the shooting of another movie so, he hasn’t participated in the promotion of the movie.
During the end-clap of the movie ‘Nai Na Bhannu La 3’, actress Sanchita Luitel has told that she is very happy to be the part of the Nepali film industry. Although it has already been four years since she had faced movie camera, she told, it feels like 4 days. Sanchita had also appeared in a music video on mother and danced in a program in Malaysia earlier this year.
In the last few years Sanchita got married to Nikhil Upreti and gave birth to two children. In the past some time Sanchita was preparing for the comeback by shedding weight and taking care of her appearance. In the movie, Sanchita is featured opposite to Suraj Singh Thakuri.

The shooting of the third sequel of the hit movie ‘Nai Nabhannu La’ has started in Kathmandu on October 8. In a program held at Bhadrakali temple, the first shot of the movie was done featuring actor Samyam Puri and Ashma DC.
The third sequel is being directed by the assistant director of the previous two sequel of the movie, Muskan Dhakal. The director of previous two sequels, Bikash Acharya, will only be overlooking the direction of the movie as he is mourning the death of his mother.
The first look poster of ‘Sayaad’ actor Samyam Puri‘s next movie ‘Punte Parade’ was released recently. In the comedy movie, Smyam is featured in 11 different characters.
