About ‘Masti’

The movie by Dinesh Thapa under D Films banner, ‘Masti’ was released on Friday the 13th in January of 2012 with superhit movie ‘Loot’ and two other moives. That was the time when every new release were flop. ‘Loot’ rescued the film industry after the unexpected success of the movie. The movie is made on the story of the producer, Dinesh Thapa, the lyrics of the songs in the movie are written by the director, Madan Ghimire. Screenplay and the dialogue is written by Shivam Adhikari, music is composed by Mahesh Khadka, background score by Samrat Thapa, choreography by Dinesh Pakhrin and Shiva Sharma. Action by Ram Janak, editing by Tara Thapa and cinematography by Dik Khadka. The playback singers are Dipak Limbu, Rajesh Payal Rai, Anju Pant, and Pramod Kharel.

Friday Release Kina Garen Maya and Action

Two movies were released last Friday (I am a couple of days late this week to update on the Friday release). The movie released this week (on May 27, 2016) were director Ramesh Bogati’s movie ‘Kina Garen Maya’ and director Raju Aryal’s movie ‘Action’.

Action

The movie ‘Action’ directed by Raju Aryal features the actor who used to be known by the title Angry Young Man, Shiva Shrestha. Although pretty old for the role, he is again featured in action role in the movie released last Friday. The movie features the clash of two different generations. The leader of the first generation is Shiva Shrestha and the second generation is represented by Pramod Deep. Actress Jenisha KC is also featured in leading role in the movie.

Friday Release – Fagu, Ko Afno and Soldier

On Friday, February 19, 2016, three new Nepali movies are releasing in theater. Karishma Manandhar‘s production movie ‘Fagu’, Anil Thapa’s movie ‘Ko Afno’ and BS Balami’s movie ‘Soldier’ are competing to attract viewers in theater.

Details of each of the movie are given below:

Fagu

The comeback movie of the producer Karishma Manandhar after the failure of ‘Babu Shaheb’ is expected to win the hearts of the viewers. The female oriented movie is made on the story of a woman in Terai. Actress Shilpa Pokharel is in the leading role in the movie with other artists Rajesh Hamal, Gauri Malla, Pramod Agrahari, Subash Parajuli and Tika Pahari. The movie is directed by Samjhana Upreti Rauniyar. The movie features the music of Basanta Sapkota, action of Himal KC, editing of Bipin Malla, choreography of Kamal Rai and cinematography of Ram Sharan upreiti. The movie is mostly shot in Birgunj and the surrounding area.

The movie ‘Aadhi Bato’ was released a year ago on April of 2014. The music jukebox of the movie was posted earlier in xnepali. Some of the shooting of the movie was done in the UK. Jenisha KC’s UK visit for the shooting of the movie had caused some rumour between the actress and the producer of the movie, Ramesh Twayna. In response to the rumour, Jenisha refused any affair and had to tell that she has an unknown Russian boyfriend.

The movie made on the story of a person who controls a certain area is the movie ‘Killa’. Shiva Shrestha to make a comeback in action role in Action

Actor Shiva Shrestha is making a comeback in action role in his upcoming movie ‘Action’. The movie was announced in a program held on Jan 31 in Kathmandu. The movie to be produced by Dipendra Koirala will be directed by Raju Aryal.

Actress Jenisha KC will be the leading actress with Shiva. For the first time in her acting career, Jenisha will also be featured in action role in the film. The movie will feature the cinematography of Rabindra Baral, music of Pralhad Bogati and action of Kumar Maharjan.
