The third edition of INAS Film Award was held in Pragya Bhawan, Kamaladi in Kathmandu. The award ceremony held on Sunday awarded director Tulsi Ghimire with the Lifetime Achievement Award. The award has has a cash prize of Rs. 100,000. The award ceremony was organized by the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRN) and the Film Development Board (FDB). In the program, NRN Upendra Mahato appreciated in the improvement in the quality of Nepali movies. Actor and musician Muralidhar expressed his happiness to be honored in a Nepali film award ceremony.

The movie made on the insider’s story of Nepali film industry shows how the artists are taken advantage of in the industry. The movie is written by Kiran Michael and is said to be of comedy, drama category.
A comedy movie ‘Humjayega’ was released in theater on November 21 with another movie ‘Shree 5 Ambare’. The movie features popular comedian Wilson Bikram Rai, Baboo Bogati, Parbati Rai, Reecha Dhital, Rabi Giri, Shyam Rai and Prajwal Giri in main roles. The movie directed by Surendr Pun is made under Munal Films banner.
The title of the movie was borrowed from the popular comedian of Darjeeling, Dal Bahadur Gurung (Humjayega.com). Dal Bahadur Gurung, a driver by profession, was called ‘Humjayega’ as he was willing to go anywhere to help people. But, the movie is not about Dal Bahadur but, of a similar person who would do anything to help others.
Story
Hum Jayega (Baboo Bogati) is an unemployed person who is quite frustrated for not getting a job. In a small hotel, another person, an owner of a bus, was complaining about a bus driver who didn’t show up. On the recommendation of the hotel owner, Humjayega got the job of a local bus driver. Humjayega meets a beautiful girl, Kanchi (Reecha Dhital), and falls in love. The movie is about the bus driver and how he tries to woo the girl.
The two new releases this week are ‘Shree 5 Ambare’, a movie featuring Saugat Malla and Keki Adhikari in leading role and Baboo Bogati and Wilson Bikram Rai’s ‘Humjayega’.
A special show of ‘Shree 5 Ambare’ was also held in Kumari Theater for the special guests, journalists and film artists. Ex prime minster Baburam Bhattarai and UML leader Pradeep Gaywali were among the guests in the show.
The only Nepali movie released on Friday, August 1, 2014 is Nisha Adhikari‘s movie ‘Mero Valentine’. The movie produced by Sushil Shrestha, the movie is made on the story of love and friendship. It is a romantic story of friendship, betrayal, and sex.

Baboo Bogati had secretly married in October of 2013 and had kept the identity of his wife a secret. According to a latest rumor, his wife is Phoolu Mizzar. Originally from Jhapa, Phoolu currently lives in the Columbus, USA.
