It seems, Garima has changed a lot after getting married in and living in Belgium for a while. The following photo is a very good example of how much Garima has changed in recent days:

Garima Panta was a very talented actress. But, she remained low profile because of her nature. She stayed away from controversy and didn’t self promote herself much. Her talent got the limelight when she won Best Actress Award in a SAARC Film Festival. But, right after winning the international award, Garima left the Nepali film industry.

Priyanka Karki bikini avatar in USA, Miss Bhutan USA

Actress Priyanka Karki went to the USA right after the engagement. In fact, she has postponed the ticket to accommodate the engagement with her boyfriend, Ayushman Desraj Joshi.

Now, she is choreographing the contestants of Miss Bhutan USA 2018. While training the contestants, she had enjoyed some time at the swimming pool and shared some hot swim suit photos. Here are some of the photos she has shared in her Instagram post.

Priyanka posing in bikini is not a new thing. She had posed with her future mother-in-law in past. A video report about her relationship in her future home:

While in USA, Priyanka says that she trains the contestants from 10 in the morning to 5 in the evening and goest to the pool at 6 PM.

It seems, summer has taken its toll – the ‘Kri’ actress has shared her hot photos in bikini. The actress looks much beautiful and much bolder in photos than in film screen. Although her debut in the Nepali film industry couldn’t create any magic, her social presence is unavoidable. She know how to tease her fans by sharing scantly clad photos of herself. While her photos look sensuous, they don’t look vulgar or inappropriate.

These days, Aditi is living in Mumbai and struggling to get role in Bollywood. She is also doing various training there. She says, she is in no hurry to sign more movies.

One of the actresses of Nisha Adhikari’s production ‘Jhyanakuti’ , Sumi Moktan, isn’t better knowen as Miss Tamang of 2012 than actress. The movie had Benisha Hamal in leading role. Actress Nisha Adhikari preferred to remain in the background. Although the movie didn’t make a huge success, it could recover the investment. The movie was lucky in the life of Nisha. She got married while the film was being produced. She also got pregnant at the time of the film’s release.

First time: Samragyee’s Bikini Avatar in Australia, Swimsuit pose with Jharana Thapa

Actress Samragyee RL Shah is currently in Australia for the premier of her second movie, ‘A Mero Hajur 2’ with the director and producer of the movie, Jharana Thapa. The red attire Samragyee wore in the premier of the show made news for it boldness. Samragyee has also recently shared some swimsuit poses. The bikini avatar is probably the first such pose of the actress.

The high-rated actress of the current time, Samragyee is also one of the highest paid actress in the film industry. Samragyee was reportedly paid Rs. 500,000 for the role she did in her second movie ‘A Mero Hajur 2’. Recently she was reportedly paid twice that amount in her upcoming movie with Aryan Sigdel. Although Samragyee refused to confirm or deny the amount, she had confirmed she was considering doing the movie. Samragyee debuted in Bhuwan KC’s movie ‘Dreams’ opposite to Anmol KC. After the success of the movie, she has established herself as one of the most sought after actress in the film industry.

Actress Sushma Karki’s main talent is to show off her body. She is not known to be a good actress but, for skin show, nobody can beat her. Sushma is popular for being bold and scandalous rather than her movies and roles. The item dance in popular movie ‘Loot’ established Sushma in the film industry as an item girl. After that, she was featured in some hot movies like ‘Bandaas’ and ‘Bindaas 2’. Other movies she was featured as an actress didn’t do well in box office.

These days, Sushma is not active in movies or modelling shots. The film producers are not willing to invest on Sushma anymore. But, she is still bold and beautiful. Recently she posed in swimsuit in a five-star hotel’s swimming pool. The photos were popular in various online media. Featured in red bikini, she has posed in various poses. Bikini pose of Miss Universe Nepal Nagma Shrestha (Hot Update)

UPDATE 2 (November 23) – Nagma has shared three hot photos of the swimsuit round at the Miss Universe 2017 contest. She looked confident and world-class in these photos. It was a very unlucky incident that she tripped over while exiting the stage. She regained control and walked immediately in the group. (Read the details of tripping)

The grand finale of the contest is scheduled for November 26. Every vote count for the success of Nagma. So, please vote for Nagma in the official website of Miss Universe. You can vote up to 10 points in a day and vote more points the next day. In Twitter posting #MissUniverse and #Nepal will also count towards vote.

Never wore a bikini before, Sahara Basnet swimsuit experience at Miss Asia Pacific International

We don’t have bikini round in Miss Nepal. In the history of beauty contests, the only beauty contest to ever have a swimsuit round was Miss Kathmandu 2017 (Read more about Miss Kathmandu 2017 here). Not having such contest at home and participating in international beauty contest has a certain disadvantage. For example, the current Miss Asia Pacific Nepal, Sahara Basnet, wore bikini for the first time in Philippines, in the finale of Miss Asia Pacific International 2017. It is anybody’s guess how the self-consicous beauty might have performed at the contest.

I think, it is time to re-think the decision not to have bikini round in Miss Nepal. They should have the round just to prepare themselves for the international arena they will have to compete in.

Sahara Basnet bikini experience

The following text is what Sahara wrote about her experience in the swimsuit. In summary:

  • Sahara has always been a shy and introvert girl
  • Sahara had never worn a bikini before.
  • While wearing bikini itself was awkward for her, doing a photoshoot in one was the thing she had never thought about. Doing bikini photoshoot and walking wearing them was not easy for her. (That was done in the finale of an international beauty contest)

Such experience is not something a representative of the whole country should have. She should have been prepared for everything including the bikini rounds.

The organizers should learn from the experiences of the participants and prepare themselves for those surprises. Even if there was no bikini round in Miss Nepal beauty contest, Sahara had enough time to practice wearing bikini at home and prepare herself to be comfortable in it.

Bikini photos of 10 Miss Nepal Earth from 2009 to 2017

Although there is no bikini round in Miss Nepal beauty contest, the winners of the contest have to wear them when they participate in international beauty contests. Earlier, I talked about bikini rounds in Miss Nepal, now it is time to talk about the bikini rounds in Miss Nepal Earth, the runner-ups of Miss Nepal contest. As of 2017, there were 14 Nepali representatives to the contest.

I have collected the bikini photos of all the contestants from 2009 to 2017 and searching the remaining photos. I will update the post as soon as I find their photos. For now, here are bikini photos of most of the contestants from Nepal in Miss Earth from Miss Earth 2009 to Miss Earth 2017:

First Beauty contest with Swimsuit round in Nepal, Miss Kathmandu 2017

A beauty contest has broken the unwritten rule in Nepali entertainment industry – no swimsuit or bikini round in beauty contest. The contest titled Miss Kathmandu organized a swimsuit round for Miss Best Figure title. The photos and the details of the contest was however kept a secret among the organizers and the contestant. The only photo I could find of the contest is the one published in Kantipur’s Saptahik. The Facebook page of the contest doesn’t even mention the Best Figure contest.

The finale of the contest was held on Monday, November 6, 2017 in Hotel Malla, Lainchour, Kathmandu. The crown was awarded to Angel Khati out of the 11 contestants. The first runner up was Sarita Tamang, and second runner up Anisha Lama. The details of the

Miss Earth 2017; Bikini Avatar of Rojina Shrestha, Miss Nepal runner-up

The Miss Earth Nepal 2017, Rojina Shrestha, is currently participating Miss Earth beauty contest held in Philippines. The first runner up of Miss Nepal 2017 went to Philippines on October 7 and is preparing herself for the finale to be held on November 4. As a part of the contest, Shrestha posed in two-piece bikini recently. Here are some of the photos of the Nepali model in the contest.

The bikini round of the contest was held during the press presentation held at Diamond Hotel. Although Miss World, has removed bikini rounds a few years ago, Miss Earth continues to include bikini round it its competition.

Swimsuit pose of Asmi Shrestha, Miss Nepal 2016

Every international beauty contests have a swimsuit round and the swimsuit poses of beauty contest winners and models are not rare poses. But, after Miss World scraped the swimsuit round, the swimsuit poses of Miss Nepal winners have become rare. I haven’t found any swimsuit photos of any Miss Nepal after 2013. In a latest photo shared by Asmi Shrestha from Thailand, she is wearing a swim suit. But, the photo is not clear and the photo only shows her back. Yes, it is not a proper swimsuit photo but, that is the only one she has shared so far.

Ronali Amatya wins Miss congeniality, Miss Eco International 2017 title goes to Canada

Nepali beauty, Ronali Amatya as won the Miss congeniality title at the Miss Eco International 2017 beauty contest held in Egypt from April 1 to April 15. On the last day of the contest, Amatya was awarded with the title.

Miss Eco International 2017 winners

The crown of Miss Eco International 2017 title went to Miss Canada, Amber Bernachi from Ontario, Canada. The 27 years old beauty from Canada is the 1st runner-up to the Miss Universe Canada 2016. The 1.65m beauty, Amber Bernachi, was crowned the Miss International Canada 2016. Bernachi had also participated in Miss International 2017 held in Japan. She was one of the Top 15 in the contest. Amber Bernachi is a BA in Business Administration and a BA in Political Science graduate from the University of Windsor (Canada).

Sushma Karki break-up opens her up in bikini

Now it is clear that actress Sushma Karki wasn’t happy by her relationship with her ex, Niran Shrestha. She has admitted, Niran was too much possessive and wouldn’t let her be herself – the hot and sexy actress. That was the reason Sushma believed her affair ruined her career.

After the break-up, Sushma has felt the freedom in wearing the revealing dresses and sharing hot photos in media. A while ago she went to an even in a flimsy black dress and made news. Before that, she had shared some photos of herself in bikini. In addition to these personal photos, she had also modeled in controversial music videos and magazines.
