This is a movie about Nepal, by actor Sudhamshu Joshi. The movie made on a romantic story features the superstar of the Nepali film industry Rajesh Hamal, action star Dhiren Shakya and comedy actor Deepak Raj Giri. The actress is Sajja Mainali.
Deepak Raj Giri wasn’t great in films at that time. He made it big in TV and later produced some of the highest grossing films of Nepali film industry. He is also credited of making comedy a main-stream genre of Nepali films. After his success, MaHa have also started producing similar films like ‘Shatru Gate’ and ‘Dal Bhat Tarkari’.

UPDATE: It seems it was a false alarm and the woman wanted to get limelight by connecting herself to Rajesh Hamal. Rajesh Hamal’s assistant Acharya had told that the family members of Bal Kumari had called Hamal to say sorry for the incident. Hamal says that he had never known the woman or anybody in her family. A police Hawaldar, Bal Kumari Adhikari of Jyotinagar, Chitwan has claimed to have married the actor Rajesh Hamal in 2050 BS. The woman has also claimed that Hamal is the father of three of her children.
58 year old director of Nepali movie industry, Deepak Rayamajhi, has died of heart failure, yesterday in Gangalal Hospital. He was rushed to hospital after the heart attack, where he died at around 12:30AM. His last ritual was conducted in the morning in Pashupati Aryaghat amongst various personals of Nepali movie industry.
After receiving master’s degree in film direction from Russia, he directed his first movie “Bhagya Rekha” in late 1980s. Some of the movies he had directed include Yug dekhi Yug Samma (Rajesh Hamal‘s first movie), Pryasi, Parai Gjhar and others.
Manoj Pandit wrote a review of Richa Ghimire‘s movie Brakefail. He wrote – "Richa didn’t look like an heroine in the movie," and published it in a website. Richa got angry, and complained to the police, who arrested Manoj. He admitted his "mistake" in getting personal about the actress. Nagarik published the issue and it was made public.
In the article, Richa claimed that the website, Merocinema, wrote the negative review because of the fact that she refused to provide an advertisement to it. She also told, only NJA designated journalists should write movie reviews – all others should only write positive things.

In response to Rajesh Hamal‘s revelation that he has a girl friend and is planning to marry soon, the playboy of Nepali films, Bhuwan KC has told that Rajesh has learnt two things from him.
Nepali actor Rajesh Hamal is currently in Japan and he has witnessed the devastation due to earthquake and tsunami. Rajesh is currently living in a city located about 300 km from the earthquake epicenter. The place is told to be safe for more earthquake damages.
Hamal was reported to be living in tents in the open area to be safe from any damages caused by earthquake. This is a good news for the fans of Rajesh Hamal and we hope he will return back as soon as possible.
According to the Japanese prime minister, this event is the biggest crisis in Japan after the World War 2. About 10,000 people are feared to have died in the earthquake. About a dozen Nepali living in Japan are reported to be missing.
