The fourth sequel of the hit series ‘Nai Nabhannu La’, ‘Nai Nabhannu La 4’ is scheduled to released o April 8, 2016. The movie is going to be released in Australia and the USA at that same date. Video report:
The movie ‘Nai Nabhannu La 4’ is produced by US resident businessman Haribol Bhandari and Australian NRN Dinesh Pokharel in association with the director Bikash Acharya. The movie is set to release in 8 different cities in Australia.
The premier show of ‘Prem Geet’ was held in Jaya Nepal theater on Wednesday, February 10, evening. The director of hit movie ‘Mero Euta Sathi Chha’, Sudarshan Thapa, was appreciated by the viewers of the movie. In the premier show, artists of the film, film makers, directors and other film artists were present at Jaya Nepal.

The former Prime Minister, Baburam Bhattarai, has announced a 35-member interim central council of Naya Shakti Nepal in an event organized in Buddha Nagar, Kathmandu. In the interim central council of Naya Shakti Nepal, three Nepali film industry personalities are also included. Actress Karishma Manandhar, actor and producer Ashok Sharma and actor Saroj Khanal are listed as the council members of the new political party, yet to be formally announced.

The most noted personalities in the council are former finance secretary Rameshwor Khanal, Mumaram Khanal (a political analyst), Keshavman Shakya (former lawmaker), Ganesh Rai (former AIG), and the three film artists.

Although his Nepal return was controversial, Saroj Khanal seems to be all set to start his acting where he had left 17-years-ago. In the short time of his return, Saroj has already signed in two movies.
According to report, Saroj will be featured in character roles in movies titled ‘Prem Geet’ and ‘Dandi Biyo’. He told, he had studied the script before deciding in the movies.
‘Prem Geet’, being directed by Sudarsan Thapa, is in it’s pre-production stage and is expected to go to floor soon. The love story movie to feature Pooja Sharma was announced in a press meet on April 2.
The other movie, ‘Dandi Biyo’ is being directed by Nirmal Sharma (Gaida) is also expected to go on floor soon.
Actor Saroj Khanal was considered one of the actors with a lot of potential before he moved to the USA. After going to the USA to participate in a cultural program in 1997, Saroj didn’t return back and was virtually absent from the film industry for over one and a half decade. His comeback in a 2014 movie ‘Manav’ wasn’t that effective as the movie flopped. After that, he decided to return back to Nepal to start a business and continue acting in Nepali movies.

Saroj Khanal has arrived in Nepal with his wife, Suryamala Sharma, and younger son on June 11, Thursday. His elder son didn’t join his parents as he is serving in the US Army for the next seven years.
After living 17 years in the USA Nepali actor Saroj Khanal has flown back to Nepal to permanently live and work in his birthplace on July 9, 2015. A group of Nepali had gathered at the airport in Virginia to see him off. Before boarding the flight, Saroj told that he is planning to continue acting and work in social sector.
Saroj Khanal has recently constructed a house in Baluwatar, Kathmandu. Although he had frequently visited Nepal in the past in short-term duration, this is told to be a permanent move. In reports, he has also sold the house and car in the USA.
Talented actor of the past, Saroj Khanal, is returning back to Nepal after living in the USA for the last 17 years. Saroj had entered USA in 1997 to participate in a cultural program. He started living there and applied for the Green Card. He had left a thriving acting career to make a better living in the USA.
