A beautiful actress Sanchita Luitel has recently told some of her secrets in an interview with an online magazine.
Here are some of the secrets people don’t know about the actress:
– Sanchita is called ‘Munu’ at home. The childhood name of Sanchita is still being used to call her at home.
Two new films are released this week in Nepali theatre – both comedy gerne films. The movie directed by Rabi Dangol ‘Beiman’, ‘Firke’ is going to compete with Keki Adhikari’s film ‘Rajja Rani’.
The movie made on the story of Terai region, features Keki Adhikari and Nazir Hussain in leading role. The movie made under Aryan Films Production banner and produced and directed by Yam Thapa, the movie is shot at Pathar in Nepalgunj area. The love story movie also features actress Rekha Thapa in a guest role. Other artists in the movie are Kameshowr Chaurasiya, Laxmi Bardewa, Sangita Napit, Arun Regmi, Deepak Chhetri, Binod Niraula, Anoj Pandey, Ashok Acharya, Anuj Thapa and others.

The trailer of the movie has received more than 7 lakh views. That is a decent views but, not an indication of a hit movie.

Samragyee has reached London for a 5-days shooting schedule. Sharing the news, Samragyee shared a photo of her boarding pass for the Helsinki to London flight.

After Samragyee returns back from London, she is scheduled to fly to Philipines for the shooting of another movie ‘Kayara’. The flight is told to be scheduled after 8 days of her travel to UK.
Three celebrities who have divorced this year are Reema Biswokarma, Arunima Lamsal and Milan Amatya. I don’t know of any male celebrities who has divorced last year. Two of the celebrities are actresses and one singer.
Actress Reema’s marriage didn’t last two years. Reema and Robert BK married in 2015 but, when it didn’t go well, they decided to part their ways. Robert has already found another model as his wife. They have already engaged and are going to get married soon. In public statements, Reema has confirmed the report but has refused to discuss the cause in details. There is no information about the involvement of third parties in their relationship.
Another divorce is of Arunima Lamsal. The actress is yet to publicly announce the divorce. As she hasn’t denied the rumour and Arunima is not seen with her husband since then, we can safely assume that the divorce news is true. These days, in the program held in Arunima’s home, Arunima’s husband is not seen in the family photos. Arunima has a daughter and she is living with her daughter and her parents in the USA. The reason of the separation is yet to be known.
Another celebrity divorce in 2017 was that of Milan Amatya. The singer and her husband separated when after six years of marriage. Milan divorced before Dashain and went to her maternal home to celebrate Dashain this year. Milan has confirmed the separation but hasn’t given a specific reason of the divorce. There were rumours of her relationship with a singer but, both of them deny such relationship.
It seems, I have only talked about the female in the relationship. That was because the female are the celebrities that people know. The husbands of all three are not well known personalities to be discussed about. I don’t know of any male celebrity who have divorced in 2017. The year started with the sad demise of Bishnu Bhakta Phuyal. The death of senior comedy actor, aged 80, was sudden and surprising as he was performing on-stage while he died. Phuyal died on January 3, 2017 on stage at Rastriya Naachghar. He was pronounced dead when he was rushed to the hospital from the stage. (Read full report and video report here)
In the second week of the year, another sad news came from UK. On January 14 well known an young singer, Anil Adhikari, popularly known as Yama Buddha was found dead at the bathroom of his residence in UK. The singer’s death had been one of the saddest incident of the year.

Miss Nepal 2009, Zenisha Moktan gave birth to a healthy daughter on Christmas 2017 (Decmeber 25, 2017). Both the mother and the daughter are healthy and doing great after the childbirth. The new member of Dikesh’s family is named Dia Malhotra.

Zenisha had married Dikesh, a businessman, in February of 2016. That was after a half-a-decade long love affair. Dikesh and Zenisha met because of actress Priyanka Karki. Priyanka and Zenisha have been friends for at least a decade and now, after marriage, Zenisha has become Priyanka’s sister-in-law. That is because Dikesh is Priyanka ‘s younger cousin from her mother’s side.
An actress of upcoming movie ‘Pinjada Back Again’ has died in a road accident. The actress has died when a water tanker crashed on her scooter in Battisputali, Kathmandu on December 27, 2017. The actress was rushed to Bir Hospital after the accident but she couldn’t be saved.
Bina is one of the actress of Nikhil Upreti’s ‘Pinjada’ sequel – ‘Pinjada Back Again’. She is also featured in a number of music videos and theatre plays. In addition to acting in movies, she was also busy in stage shows in and out of country.

At the age of 72, Prema Shah has died in the USA on December 20, 2017. She was not only the mother well known actress Jal Shah, she is a well known literary figure herself.
Born on Ashad 16, 2002 BS at Shreepur of Birgunj, Prema lived in Kathmandu at her maternal uncle’s home in an early age. He grew up in the care of a nanny in Kathmandu, Tuasidevi Upadhaya Koirala. She completed her schooling from Adarsha Kanya Niketan at Mangalbazar, Patan in 2016 BS after completion of her SLC. After that she went to Patan College where she completed her Bahelors degree. She did her Masters’ degree from TU, Kirtipur.

Actress Sushma Karki is not active in the Nepali film industry these days. She says that she is busy in stage shows in foreign countries.
Sushma says, “I am born for controversy. So, I don’t mind controversial news.” She gave the examples of controversial news when she met Bollywood actor Salman Khan and even the swimsuit photo she took in a five star hotel in Kathmandu. She was referring to the news reports about the selfie photo Sushma Karki shared when she met Bollywood star Salman Khan. The photo had gone viral over social media and was also talked about in media.

Actress Keki Adhikari celebrated her birthday with the team of ‘Rajja Rani’ in Kathmandu. In the celebration, film crew and journalists were present to wish her birthday wishes. In the event, Keki refused to reveal her real age. Talking about the celebration, Keki said, “What I like most of birthday celebration is, I can feel like a child.”

In a program held in Kathmandu, the trailer of highly awaited movie ‘Kri’ was released. In the program, the actor Anmol KC made public appearance after about one and a half year of hiding. In the program the actress of the movie, Aditi Budhathoki, was also present. Anmol KC and Aditi answered the questions raised by the journalists in the program. The controversy about the release and delay of Shweta Khadka’s movie ‘Kanchhi’ was also discussed in the program. Video report is attached at the end of this post.

A huge unrest occurred when the US DJ, Marshmello, didn’t show up in the scheduled show held at Club Deja Vu.
UPDATE – The owners of the club are arrested on the complaint that they organizers sold 7000 tickets for the event that is held at a night club with capacity 3,500. The organizers are also accused of the lack of the security at the venue. The police has told that they are not investigating about whether Marshmello came in Nepal or not. The organizers claim that the DJ had arrived in Nepal but couldn’t arrive at the venue because of the sickness. They say, he returned back the next day. But, as nobody has seen the real face of Marshmello, one can’t say if he had come to Nepal or not.
