Wada Number 6 to become the new Chha Ekan Chha, shooting starts

After the huge success of ‘Chha Ekan Chha‘, comedy artists Deepak Raj Giri, Deepa Shree Niraula and Nirmal Sharma have started the production of their new movie ‘Wada Number 6’. The shooting of ‘Wada Number 6’, being directed by Ujjwal Ghimire, has started in Chhapagain Studio in Kathmandu.

Although being of similar name and similar artists, the movie is not a sequel of ‘Chha Ekan Chha’. Actress Priyanka Karki has replaced ‘Chha Ekan Chha’ actress Neeta Dhungana and Ujjwal has replaced Dinesh DC. In actors, Sandeep Chhetri is also being replaced by Dayahang Rai. Other actors in the movie include Jitu Nepal, Deepak Raj Giri, Sitaram Kattel, Kedar ghimire, Kishor Khatiwada, and Shiva Hari Poudel.

‘Kismat 2’ announced, Rekha Thapa didn’t show up.

The well known producer Chhabi Raj Ojha started in Nepali film industry at the age of 25 years. It has been more 25 years since he has been active in distribution and production of Nepali movies. On the occasion of his 50th birthday and silver jubilee in Nepali film industry, a special program was organized in Kathmandu. In addition to cutting cakes and receiving gifts, Chhabi also announced an upcoming movie – ‘Kismat 2’. A sequel of the hit movie ‘Kismat’ (watch Kismat here) is the 18th production of the director.

Sanchita Luitel returns to action cuts after 4 years

During the end-clap of the movie ‘Nai Na Bhannu La 3’, actress Sanchita Luitel has told that she is very happy to be the part of the Nepali film industry. Although it has already been four years since she had faced movie camera, she told, it feels like 4 days. Sanchita had also appeared in a music video on mother and danced in a program in Malaysia earlier this year.

In the last few years Sanchita got married to Nikhil Upreti and gave birth to two children. In the past some time Sanchita was preparing for the comeback by shedding weight and taking care of her appearance. In the movie, Sanchita is featured opposite to Suraj Singh Thakuri.
